Can children use the Essential Organics Pea & Rice protein?

Where possible we recommend always using food in its most natural form, however if you are considering using the EO Pea & Rice protein then we suggest using it as a food – adding a small serving into smoothies, bliss balls, yoghurt, baking etc. rather than. We always recommend consult your health professional before introducing a new product into a daily routine.

Is there any anti-nutrient factors in the Essential Organics Pea & Rice protein, such as Phytic acid?

Our EO Pea & Rice Protein goes through a couple processes which naturally reduce/eliminate the levels of Phytic Acids, this further supports the digestion of nutrients but also provides less incidents of digestive upset such as bloating, gas and cramping. We actively decrease the levels of Phytic Acid by soaking, sprouting, fermenting and drying the green peas whilst establishing an environment with a PH level that is unfavourable for the Phytic Acid, but that doesn’t denature the protein or nutrients.

Will I get an upset tummy if I have the Essential Organics Pea & Rice protein?

We especially included natural plant digestive enzymes to gently support the digestive processes. By soaking, sprouting and fermenting the peas during the production we remove the anti-nutrients and phytic acid.

Why would I use an Essential Organics Protein supplement?

We encourage all our customers to use food as medicine, to use our protein to supplement a healthy diet and lifestyle. Our Body requires protein for a number of reasons; balance blood glucose levels (blood sugar levels), maintain a healthy immune system, support metabolism and weight management, supports lean muscle mass and whole body repair.
