Can Children consume the Essential Organics Superfood?

When adding any new supplement or food product into a daily routine we recommend consulting a health professional before so, however as our product is free from any chemicals, additives or artificial flavourings we don’t see why the whole family can’t enjoy the EO Superfood. Try adding a serve to raw protein balls or fresh healthy smoothies to give your day a nutrient boost. We recommend using the superfood as part of a balanced diet.

What is the equivalent of fresh fruits and vegetables in the Essential Organics Superfood?

As our EO Superfood is considered a juice, we do not have an equivalent value of fruits and veg, however, incorporating this EO Superfood powder into your daily routine to enhance your serve of fruit and vegetable intake is highly beneficial. The adequate intake of fruit is 2 serves and veg is 5 serves per day. 51.8% of adults aged 16 years and over (47.3% of men and 56.2% of women) consumed 2 or more serves of fruit daily and 9.4% of adults aged 16 years and over (7.2% of men and 11.6% of women) consumed 5 or more serves of vegetables daily. (As estimated from the 2013 NSW Population Health Survey, self reported using Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing or CATI).

How much caffeine is in the Essential Organics Superfood powder?

Our EO Superfood powder contains green tea and therefore natural occurring caffeine at < 0.03% per serve.
