Balancing Breakfasts

This breakfast meal is loaded with Antioxidants, Fibre, Protein & Probiotics!

In this recipe I used coconut kefir, which is completely dairy and soy free.  Kefir is a fermented food that naturally supports the digestive and immune system due to its enzymes & beneficial probiotic bacteria & yeast.

The Berry Muesli with Coconut Kefir Yogurt can be made in advance to be enjoyed before work and school or when on the run.



  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (black or white)
  • 1 tbsp EO Superfood blend
  • 2 tbsp coconut kefir yoghurt (or any other yoghurt)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup muesli
  • 1 punnet fresh blueberries


(1) Mix all the ingredients together in a small mixing bowl or glass jar, using a spoon to ensure they are well mixed.

(2) Enjoy it just as it is, or topped with blueberries and sprinkled with organic nuts and seeds.
