Toasted Cacao, Fig and Walnut Muesli

This Toasted Cacao, Fig and Walnut Muesli is quick and easy to make! It also tastes super delicious with natural yogurt and berries!

You can always add or remove any ingredients, and mix and match to your own preference. 


  • 2 cups  organic oats,
  • 1 cup organic shredded coconut, (preservative free)
  • 2 tbsp EO Superfood blend,
  • 1/2 cup organic cacao,
  • 1/2 cup organic linseeds/flaxseeds,
  • 8-9 dried figs, chopped,
  • 1 cup organic walnuts, roughly chopped,
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil melted.


(1) Put the dry ingredients into a medium-sized bowl and mix well using your hands.

(2) Add the coconut oil and mix well with your hands until the ingredients are well-coated.

(3) Spread the mixture onto a lined baking tray and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 mins, turning it over about half-way through.

(4) Serve with fresh coconut yoghurt and fresh seasonal fruit or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
